Continuous Quality Improvement Process
Back to
RMHS Model Home

We believe that there are two cycles of improvement that need to be in place in order to have the basis of an organization committed to Continuous Quality Improvement. There must be a Design Cycle and an Improvement Cycle. The design of the work, in our case teaching, must follow protocols and standards. This information is highlighted under our section regard PLTs and Data Driven Curriculum. The Improvement Cycle involves finding areas of concern, prioritizing and then using our common Problem Sovling Process for responding to this problem. Once the process has looped, then the next most pervasive impediment to achievement must be address.
