Please complete the attached Site Visit Registration Form and return it with the appropriate payment so that we can confirm your reservation. We try to keep the total number of visitors down to approximately 50 per visit. We welcome multiple visits from schools and organizations who discover that they want to send additional teams at a later date. The earlier you complete your reservation the more likely it is that we can accommodate you. Please do not make airfare or hotel reservations without written confirmation confirming your scheduled date and number of participants.

Site visits begin promptly at 7:25 A.M and conclude by 2 P.M. Site visits are conducted during the school day. At times, it is necessary to work our schedules around passing period and student lunch periods. Additionally, the school day ends at 2:45 P.M. and traffic out of the parking lot and neighborhood can be quite heavy.

Cost

The fee for a site visit is $25 per person and includes a box lunch. Make your checks payable to: Rolling Meadows High School. Please send one check for your entire group when you submit your Visitation Registration Form. The fee is non-refundable. Purchase orders and credit cards are not accepted.

Dress is professional/casual.

It is cost prohibitive to supply each visitor with hard copies of all of our documents, so please have your group study the website prior to your visit. We conveniently located at the I90/I355(53) junction and about 30 minutes from O'Hare.
