National French Contest Results 2013
The following Rolling Meadows High School students have earned national ranks and honorable mentions in the 80th annual event, according to Lisa Narug, National Director of Le Grand Concours.
Le Grand Concours is a national competition sponsored by the American Association of Teachers of French. Students were evaluated for their written, oral and listening comprehension skills in French. Nearly 100,000 students in all 50 states competed in the 2013 event.

Two RMHS Students Selected to Participate in the HIP Program through Northrop Gruman
Earlier this semester current Rolling Meadows freshmen and sophomores interested in engineering, among other requirements, were invited to apply to participate in the HIP Program (High School Involvement Partnership) sponsored by Northrop Grumman. Our school was allowed to nominate three students. Congratulations to Maria Garcia and Jon Windhorst who were selected to participate.

Summer Success Academy for Incoming Freshmen
RMHS is offering an academic workshop for incoming freshman this summer. Students may attend one of three sessions and the cost is $20. The workshop is four hours long and topics covered include: organization, notetaking, RMHS technology, block scheduling, and school resources.
